- Valid reason for withdrawal

Within 30 days of enrollment
- Attended 25-50% of classes
- Completed some assignments
- Technical issues beyond our control
- Medical or family emergency
No Refund
After 30 days or specific conditions
- Attended more than 50% of classes
- Course completed successfully
- Certificate issued
- Violation of terms of service
