Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using AQSEC Cybersecurity Institute's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

User Responsibilities
Account Security
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Use strong, unique passwords
- Enable two-factor authentication when available
Acceptable Use
- Use our services only for legitimate educational purposes
- Respect intellectual property rights
- Do not attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise our systems
- Follow all applicable laws and regulations
- Maintain professional conduct in all interactions
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Sharing account credentials with others
- Attempting to reverse engineer our platform
- Using automated tools to access our services
- Distributing course materials without permission

- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems
Payment and Refunds
Payment Terms
- All fees are due before course access is granted
- Payment methods include credit cards, bank transfers, and digital wallets
- Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
- Late payments may result in service suspension
Refund Policy
- Full refund within 7 days of enrollment (before course access)
- Partial refund within 14 days if less than 25% of course completed
- No refunds after 14 days or 25% course completion
- Refunds processed within 5-10 business days
Intellectual Property
Our Content
All course materials, videos, documents, and other content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
Your Content
You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a license to use it for educational and promotional purposes. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to any content you submit.

Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
